The terms of sale apply to the purchase of works of art (work, product) accepted for commission sale from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for the delivery of a work of art is added to the price.
The fee for the delivery of a work of art depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is indicated on the invoice sent electronically to the buyer.
Information about the work is presented in the Online Store directly next to the work.
Placing an order
To order the work, send a free-form notice of purchase request to the contact information of the Online Store [email protected] The online store checks the availability of the work and then sends a purchase invoice to your e-mail address.
The purchase and sale agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount payable to the current account of the Online Store, by which the buyer also confirms his or her acceptance of the terms and conditions of the purchase and sale.
If the ordered work cannot be delivered for any reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Goods are sent only within Estonia.

Omniva parcel machine
At the Omniva outdoor parcel machine, the parcel can be picked up at exactly the right time, as they are open 24 hours a day. The largest parcel machine network in the Baltics. Omniva parcel machines are safe and equipped with security devices, and it only takes 15 seconds to receive a parcel. The maximum size of the package is 41x38x64cm, weighing 30kg. As soon as the parcel has reached the Omniva parcel machine, a message will be sent to the recipient’s mobile phone via SMS or e-mail.
* NB! In winter, with minus degrees, many products (eg paints) are at risk of frost damage in outdoor parcel machines. In such cases, it is advisable to choose another transport solution. The Seller reserves the right to change the respective delivery method or extend the delivery time if there is reason to believe that the products may be damaged due to the weather.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within 30 calendar days.
The e-store currency is the euro.
It is possible to pay with different payment solutions according to the country:
Estonia: Luminor, SEB, LHV, Swedbank internet banking links and credit card (MasterCard, Visa)
Customers in other countries can pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa).
The order will be executed after receiving 100% of the payment in the case of credit agreement customers excluded from the Seller’s current account. If the money has not been received in the Seller’s current account within 7 days after submitting the order, the order will be canceled automatically.
Payment will be made on the basis of the submitted invoice outside the e-store environment of the respective bank Luminor, SEB; LHV, Swedbank; Coop, etc. through.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into in the e-shop within 14 days [depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw, the corresponding products and services must be listed
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered work may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the work in the manner permitted for testing the work in a physical store.
If the work has been used for a purpose other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the work, or has signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the work.
In order to return the work, a withdrawal application must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address [email protected] no later than within 14 days of receipt of the work.
The costs of returning the work shall be borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is the fact that the thing to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a wrong or defective thing).
The buyer must return the work within 14 days of the submission of the application or provide proof that he has handed over the work to the carrier during the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned work, the online store shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.
The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for a cost that exceeds the cost related to the usual delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the return of the work from the buyer if the price of the work in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the work due to a mistake.
Right to lodge a claim
The online store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the work sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the thing and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the thing to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the thing. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut the respective presumption.
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling: +372 56 873 236. The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the work to the buyer.
If a work purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective work. If the work cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (incl. Name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to transport companies in order to deliver the purchased work.
The online store will send the buyer newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has announced his / her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.
